After the surgery, you may experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort in the treated areas. Your surgeon will prescribe pain medication to help manage any pain or discomfort. You will also need to wear compression garments to help minimize swelling and support your healing tissues.

In the first few days after the surgery, you will need to rest and avoid any strenuous activities. You will need to avoid lifting anything heavy or doing any activities that put strain on your abdominal muscles, as this could interfere with the healing process. 

It’s essential to follow your surgeon’s post-operative instructions carefully, including any restrictions on physical activity, medication use, and wound care. You will also need to attend follow-up appointments with your surgeon to monitor your healing progress and ensure that you are on track to a smooth recovery.
